Both covered and uncovered wet slips are available for monthly and yearly rental.The covered slips range from 40' x 14' to 50' x 16' and uncovered from 12' x 30' to 18' x 50'. Transient slip rental is also available nightly, weekly, and monthly.

 

Pump out service for septic is available on the large docks and gas dock upon request.

2. Pump outs are available every Thursday by request. 

 

3. NO DUMPING in the lake! Violators will be asked to leave the marina at once. 

 

4. All boats MUST be kept in a presentable manner.

 

5. All walkways must be kept clean and clear. No open flame grills or cookers on the marina docks. They must be kept on boats.

 

6. Noise, music, etc., must be kept to an acceptable level. Do not disturb your neighbors. 

 

7. Activities are not allowed during the following hours: Sunday thru Thursday nights- 10pm to 6am, Friday & Saturday nights 11pm to 6am.

8.  All pets must be on a leash at all times.

 

9. Boaters must carry liability insurance.

 

10. All alcoholic beverages must be kept on boats.

 

11. All patrons and guests of the marina must conduct themselves in an orderly and respectable manner at all times. Patrons must be present when having guests. This is for the safety of the Patron.

 

12. Any boater with a complaint should go to the park manager first. If the park manager can not solve the complaint, then you should then request to go before the Jackson County Commission.

 

13. Lessee agrees that Jackson County is not responsible for any damages to personal property. It is the responsibility of the Lessee to have adequate insurance on all personal property.

ALL VIOLATORS OF THE COUNTY PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY UPON VIOLATION.
